(I think your account must have Admin rights to do this, but I'm not entirely sure) METHOD 1: 1. click on the Admin tab near the top of the page 2. click on the Forum Admin link in the Tool Admin section on the left side of the page 3. click on the Add Forum link at the top of the list of forums 4. fill out the form accordingly, click "add this forum" and voila! METHOD 2: 1. click on the Forums tab near the top of the page 2. click on one of the forums, doesn't matter which one 3. click the Admin link near the upper-left where it says Discussion Forums:.......... | Admin 4. click the Add Forum link (just like in Step 3 in Method 1) 5. fill out the form accordingly. | |
