Building mobile dwellings and farm infrastructure, the creation of workers' co-operatives, and using provision in land use laws for agricultural worker's accommodation to be temporarily stationed on the land for a working 'season', which would allow farm and woodland workers to move seasonally between two or more sites that their co-op had secured the rights to use.
